Large drug bust in Chippewa Falls

Chippewa Falls (WQOW)- An apparent drug overdose leads police to a major drug bust. 

Chippewa falls police were called out last week on a report that a man had collapsed at the Saint Joseph Apartments on Pearl Street. Twenty-one-year-old Mitchell Ross was revived with CPR. 

Police say their investigation turned up a syringe they believe contained heroin. 

They also found suspected opium, five pounds of high-grade marijuana, and more than ten-thousand dollars in cash. 

Police are recommending charges against Ross, Patrick Moran, and Michael Corcoran.
