Large drug bust in Chippewa Falls

Posted:

Chippewa Falls (WQOW)- An apparent drug overdose leads police to a major drug bust.

Chippewa falls police were called out last week on a report that a man had collapsed at the Saint Joseph Apartments on Pearl Street. Twenty-one-year-old Mitchell Ross was revived with CPR.

Police say their investigation turned up a syringe they believe contained heroin.

They also found suspected opium, five pounds of high-grade marijuana, and more than ten-thousand dollars in cash.

Police are recommending charges against Ross, Patrick Moran, and Michael Corcoran.
