Madison (WQOW) -- The Wisconsin football team is back amongst the nation's ranked teams, moving to #25 in the latest AP poll after Saturday's win over #19 Northwestern.
Once again, senior linebacker Chris Borland had a big game, notching another double-digit tackle performance against the Wildcats. Head coach Gary Andersen has called Borland the top linebacker in the country, and says his leadership was vital on Saturday.
"At the beginning of the game, I didn't have to say anything to the kids -- trust me. Chris Borland said what he needed to say and he said it in very uncertain terms. Those kids listen to him. I didn't have to say much after that, they came out ready to roll," says Andersen.
