WI Dairy News: Inspiring kids to lead healthy lives

MADISON (WKOW) -- It may not be training camp, but students across the state who are keeping up with the Fuel Up to Play 60 program are getting a taste of what being a Green Bay Packer is really all about.

Learning healthy behaviors like exercising and including dairy, whole grains and fruits and vegetables in their daily diet will only help these young adults in the future.

"If you stay active and eat healthy right now, your body will be better able to handle the conditions you put it through throughout your life and stay healthier," says Tess Keyzer, an 8th grader at Little Chute Middle School.
