Accused mental health escapee headed to trial

MADISON (WKOW) -- The man authorities say escaped from Mendota Mental Health Institute is headed to trial.

Graham Stowe got out of the facility in July and was found earlier this month in Fond du Lac.

Stowe was serving a 39-year sentence in Mendota for a case out of Brown County. In that case, authorities say Stowe tied up his ex-girlfriend and two of her family members.
