UPDATE: 2 arrested after stabbing at Indiana University

UPDATE (AP) -- Indiana University officials say two students have been charged in connection with a stabbing that injured another student at a campus apartment building.

University spokesman Mark Land said Sunday campus police arrested 21-year-old Kaiyu Lao and 18-year-old Zesen Shen at the Tulip Tree Apartments in Bloomington.

Land said campus police charged Shen with intimidation and battery and Lao with intimidation.

Police say a 20-year-old male student was stabbed in the apartment's parking lot during a fight that began at about 3:30 a.m.  Land said the student was taken to IU Health and the injury wasn't life-threatening.

The incident prompted university officials earlier Sunday to tell students to seek shelter behind locked doors.  The school tweeted an "all clear" around 7 a.m.

BLOOMINGTON, IN (AP) -- Indiana University police say students are no longer at risk after urging them earlier Sunday to seek shelter, but that no suspect has been found.

Police said earlier Sunday that a person was at large after a man was found stabbed at an on-campus apartment complex about 3:30 a.m.

IU-Bloomington Police Lieutenant Craig Munroe told the Indianapolis Star that the victim is an IU student and was stabbed in the back after a fight.  Captain Laury Flint told The Associated Press that the man was taken to IU Hospital in Bloomington, but did not identify him further.

The school tweeted just before 7 a.m. that police determined there is no danger to those on campus.  Munroe told the Star that the victim was likely "targeted."
