Body of WI woman found near bus station in Chicago


KENOSHA (WKOW) -- Kenosha police have taken a 40-year-old resident into custody, in connection with the death of an adult female. 

The male suspect is believed to have been in a relationship with the 30-year-old Wisconsin woman.

Chicago police assisted in locating the body of the victim, which was located in a vehicle near a Greyhound bus station in Chicago.

The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office will conduct an autopsy to determine the cause and manner of death.  Her name is not being released at this time, pending notification of family.

The investigation is ongoing, and there is no danger to the public at this time.

Once the case is referred to the District Attorney's Office, the suspect's name will be released.
