MCFARLAND (WKOW) -- If you're a chocolate fan, don't miss the McFarland Chocolatefest. It's coming up November 2nd at the Madison Curling Club on Marsh Road.
The fourth annual event, hosted by the McFarland Historical Society, will help fun efforts to restore the historic Larson House in downtown McFarland. For $15 guests can munch on a wide range of chocolate treats, including bonbons from Chocolaterie Stam of Middleton, delightful chocolate cakes, dreamy chocolate pies, luscious truffles, scrumptious cheesecakes and tasty tortes created by a host of McFarland's best bakers.
Along with your chocolate, visitors can sip a glass of champagne and enjoy soothing music and candlelight. Chocolatefest also includes live entertainment from the Top A Cappella Sextet and Joe Dever, a raffle for a week in Las Vegas and a silent auction.
All proceeds support year-round maintenance and the continued restoration of Larson House. Plans call for it to be used as a museum with items dating back to the 1920's when the John Larson family lived there.
The event runs from 7-9 p.m. Click here for more information.
