State Assembly answers question on potential legislation

Posted:

MADISON (WKOW) – Wisconsin Representatives will answer questions about potential legislation they've developed for the state Assembly.

One of the bills, Assembly Bill 67, would require a person to appear in court if they are charged with violating traffic laws while operating under the influence.

Assembly Bill 402 would increase funding for the Department of Workforce Development for local youth apprenticeship grants by $500,000.

Assembly Speaker Robin Vos says the floor session is focused heavily on bills promoting workforce development and stricter OWI legislation.
