Nathan Middleton not appearing in court today

JANESVILLE (WKOW) -- The Rock County District Attorney's Office says Nathan Middleton, the man arrested in connection to the death of Aprina Paul, will not appear in court Thursday as originally scheduled.

Middleton has been held at the Rock County Jail on a probation hold since authorities began searching his Evansville home in connection to the 18-year-old's disappearance. He was arrested Wednesday for hiding a corpse, mutilating a corpse, pandering, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to notify coroner of death.

The DA's office will not say when Middleton will have his initial appearance.
