Solidarity Singers to release their own book entitled "Unintimidated" on Tuesday

MADISON (WKOW) -- On the same day Gov. Scott Walker's book entitled "Unintimidated" will go on sale nationwide, a book of the same title about the Solidarity Singers will also hit the market.

"Unintimidated: Wisconsin Sings Truth To Power" is a 112 page photo/essay book written by Ryan Wherley.  It is described as a collection of photographs interwoven with a personal essay written by Wherley, a Solidarity Singalong participant, about the singalong since its inception in March of 2011.

Proceeds from the book support the First Amendment Protection Fund, which has helped to offset legal costs for people who have been cited and arrested at the Wisconsin State Capitol during the singalongs in 2012 and 2013.
