Manitowoc man charged in alleged road rage crash



MANITOWOC, Wis. (AP) -- A 22-year-old man faces five felony charges in an alleged road rage crash that killed a 19-year-old man in Manitowoc County.
Eric Neuman, 19, of Two Rivers died Tuesday night when the pickup he was driving crashed into a guardrail. Neuman was thrown from the truck. Three others in his vehicle survived.
HTR Media reports Shawn Lischka, of Manitowoc, was charged Friday with one count of hit and run involving a death, homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle and three counts recklessly endangering safety.
According to court documents, Lischka was released from jail Wednesday on $5,000 cash bail. No attorney was listed in Lischka's online court records and no home number for him could be found Saturday.
He has an initial appearance set for Monday.
