Gov. Walker talks about his book tour

MILWAUKEE (WKOW) -- Governor Scott Walker is back in Wisconsin after a week-long book tour.

The governor spent his last week promoting his new book "Unintimidated, A Governor's Story and a Nation's Challenge."

On Saturday, Gov. Walker spoke with our Milwaukee affiliate WISN-TV about everything from job creation, to his low approval rating and the 2016 presidential race.

He also explains why he wrote the book.

"I said it's interesting a lot of people in Washington particularly assume that this was some sort of campaign book so they thought it would be a boring biography, there's no biography in here, you're not gonna learn how I became an eagle scout, it really is the story of Wisconsin, the reforms we enacted and why it's been successful," says Gov. Walker.

You can catch the full interview on Upfront with Mike Gousha, which airs here on WKOW at 9:30 Sunday morning, right after Capital City Sunday with Greg Neumann.
