Deaf girl writes NFL player and he responds

SEATTLE (WKOW) -- It may be tough to keep warm in much of the country right now, but this story is sure to warm your heart.

After an ad featuring a story of his hearing loss swept the nation, Seattle Seahawk Derrick Coleman has become a hero to others in the deaf community. He's making an impact on one little girl in particular.

She wrote Coleman a letter to tell him she wears hearing aids too and now he's her inspiration. The little girl's dad tweeted the letter and it eventually found its way to the pro player, and he replied.

Coleman shared his letter to the girl on twitter as well. In it, he thanks her for her support and tell her that if she or her twin sister are ever in Seattle they should get together to play sports.
