17-year-old Sheboygan boy charged for father's death


SHEBOYGAN (WKOW) -- 17-year-old Dorian Torres was charged Monday on accusations he killed his 41-year-old father.

According to the criminal complaint, the body of 41-year-old Emilio Torres was found wrapped in a vinyl shower curtain and duct tape and hidden beneath a box spring inside their apartment nearly a week after his death.

An autopsy shows Torres died of a skull fracture.

The murder weapon is not listed in the complaint.

Torres has been charged with first-degree intentional homicide and is being held on a $750,000 cash bond.
