Students deliver songs on Valentine's Day

Posted: Updated:
WAUSAU (WKOW) -- A group of students in Wausau are spreading the love with their voices on this Valentine's Day.

The students are part of the UW-Marathon County concert choir, and have been spending the last few days delivering valentine's day message throughout Wausau.

Students that sing the songs say the reactions are the best part.

Caitlin McGarvey, a UWMC sophomore, says, "A lot of people don't know that it's coming and it's very heartwarming and surprising and lots of people cry and it's just very nice to see that you bring happiness through music."

Wausau romantics could order a special song for $20 each. The songs are serving as a fundraiser for the music department.
