Posted: Updated:
WASHINGTON, D.C. (WKOW) -- U.S. Senators Ron Johnson and Tammy Baldwin have made recommendations to fill a U.S. Federal Judgeship in the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
The three candidates are litigation lawyer Beth Kushner, bankruptcy court judge Pamela Pepper and Milwaukee County Circuit judge William Pocan.

The candidates were nominated by a Federal Nominating Commission that Wisconsin senators established back in April of 2013. Nominations will now be sent to the President. His nomination will be reviewed by the Senate Judiciary Committee.
