(WQOW) - Area wedding event planners saw the beautiful ice caves off of Lake Superior and decided to add their own flair. The result? These gorgeous, rainbow, dream-like photos you see above! Last night on a rare Saturday night off myself and some photographer friends put tons of gear on a sled and took turns two at a time pulling it across frozen Lake Superior 2 miles in nothing but darkness. It was snowing heavily and the wind picked up but were crazy enough to do it. We used a car battery, ac/dc converter, a bunch of LED fixtures to a get a unique perspective of the ice caves located in Cornucopia, WI from the frozen lake.
