ATLANTA (WKOW) -- Former Badger standout Gabe Carimi has signed a one-year deal with the Atlanta Falcons.
Carimi entered the NFL as a first-round pick of the Bears in 2011. They traded him to Tampa Bay prior to the 2013 season. The Monona Grove High School graduate played in 14 games last season with two starts. The Bucs released him after the season.
Carimi will be reuinited with two of his former Badger teammates in Atlanta: Peter Konz and Bradie Ewing.
