JUNEAU COUNTY (WKOW) -- A man accused in a murder in Juneau County is competent to stand trial.

The ruling came Thursday in the case against 29-year-old Cody Treul.

Authorities say Treul shot and killed 29-year-old Gail Howland, and injured 23-year-old Ebony Lasher outside a bar in Mauston in May of 2013.

Treul has a plea hearing set for March 13.
