Vehicle reportedly fell through ice on Lake Onalaska

ONALASKA (WKOW) -- Around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, a truck was reported going through the ice on Lake Onalaska. 

After an extended search, search and rescue teams didn't find any sign of the vehicle.The witness, whose home overlooks the lake, said he saw the truck on the ice and then shortly after it was gone.

Onalaska's fire and police departments, DNR and La Crosse Dive Unit conducted the search but nothing was found.

There are no plans to for the search to resume Wednesday unless a missing vehicle is reported.
