STEVENS POINT (WKOW) -- A Stevens Point business owner accused of drugging and raping an 18-year-old woman is back in jail Wednesday.

32-year-old Steven Tibbetts was free on a five-thousand dollar bond, but according to Portage County jail records, he's been arrested for felony bond jumping.

According to our affiliate, WAOW, authorities say Tibbetts met the young woman at the cafe he owns and invited her back to his house.  Tibbetts then gave her an energy drink, and the woman passed out.

She says she woke up to find Tibbetts having sex with her.  Tibbetts is expected to appear in court on that charge on Wednesday.
