Man seen exposing himself on Mifflin Street

MADISON (WKOW) -- A woman in her 30's contacted Madison police just before 8:30 Tuesday morning.

Police were told a man was exposing himself while peeping in the window of a woman's ground level apartment. 

The suspect is described as a white male between 20-30 years of age.  He has short, dark hair and was last seen wearing a blue baggy jacket and gray sweat pants.
