Madison (WQOW) -- The Wisconsin football team is enjoying the nice weather, holding practice outdoors at Camp Randall Stadium for the first time this spring.
One focus at camp will be replacing standout linebacker Chris Borland. Wisconsin is making several moves to shore up the linebacker position this spring. Joe Schobert is moving to the outside, Michael and Marcus Trotter will both play inside linebacker and Michael Caputo shifts back to safety.
Coach Gary Andersen says the goal is to put his players in the best positions to help the team.
"You mesh the team together every single year and you mesh the positions together to best fit the needs of the team and the opportunity to win," says Andersen. "Those are some moves and we felt pretty good about it. It looked pretty good two days ago and it looked pretty good today."
