UPDATE: Sun Prairie woman's death not suspicious

SUN PRAIRIE (WKOW) --- Sun Prairie police say the woman found dead Wednesday is not suspicious.

The department is still waiting on toxicology results, but says there is no public safety concern.

SUN PRAIRIE (WKOW) -- Authorities say a woman's death in Sun Prairie remains under investigation.

Sun Prairie Police Lieutenant Brian Teasdale tells 27 News the victim is fifty two years old.

Authorities say officers responded to a home in the 900-block of Vandenburg Street Thursday afternoon after receiving reports someone there was not breathing, and discovered the woman's body.

Property and court records show the home is owned by a 52-year old woman.

Teasdale says more information on the cause of death is expected to be released Friday.

SUN PRAIRIE (WKOW) -- Sun Prairie Police and the Dane County Medical Examiner's Office are investigating a death in Sun Prairie.

According to a release by the Sun Prairie Police Department, at 3:33 p.m. they were called to a home in the 900 block of Vandenburg Street.

They were told someone was not breathing or responsive. The person was found dead when authorities got there.

Details about this person have not been released.
