Guy Brown Resigns At Regis/McDonell

Regis Catholic Schools News Release -- McDonell Central High School and Regis High School received a resignation letter from the Saints Hockey Coach Guy Brown informing our schools that he would not be returning next year to coach hockey.

Coach Guy Brown has been the head coach for the McDonell-Regis-Bloomer Saints Co-op Hockey Team since 2010, for four seasons. Although the first year was a tough year for the Saints, the past three seasons RMB Saintshad winning records. The last two years the Saints made it all the way to the WIAA sectional finals, where they lost to Memorial both years.
"Guy Brown instilled a positive work ethic in the players and turned the program around to be a successful hockey program. We thank Guy Brown for sharing his talents with the RMB players," said Regis Athletic DirectorTerry Allen.
McDonell and Regis will work together to begin the process of hiring a new head coach for the Saints hockey team.
