Easter egg hunts in Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls


Eau Claire (News Release) - On April 19th 2014, the Chippewa Valley Council, Boy Scouts of America is holding a community-wide Easter Egg Hunt at the Pine Pavilion at Carson Park. This will be the fifth annual Easter Egg Hunt hosted by the Boy Scouts. The grounds will open to the public at 9 a.m., with the event starting at 10 a.m. Lots of great activities for all ages are lined up.

Eau Claire (News Release) - Local Eau Claire businesses will sponsor a free community Helicopter Easter Egg Drop for children age 0-12 at 11:00 a.m. April 19 at South Middle School in Eau Claire.

A helicopter will come and drop thousands of candy filled eggs onto the grounds of the  Middle School fields while children wait safely in a secured area. Attendees will be divided into sections according to age groups. A few lucky winners will be the recipients of Nintendo Dsi, bicycles and other great prizes.  The family-friendly event will also feature characters, snacks, goody bags and more.

Eau Claire (News Release) - Kids 12 years and under are invited to the 5th annual egg hunt on Saturday, April 19th at 2 p.m. in Freedom Park (corner of 1st & W. Grand Avenues). Dress-up as your favorite woodland, fairytale, or fanciful character. Bring a basket and a grown-up to search for eggs! The Easter Bunny will be available to take pictures during the event. Don't forget to search for the golden egg -- the prize is an amazing basketful of local prizes!


Altoona (News Release) - Altoona Annual Easter Egg Hunt - Saturday, April 19, 10th Street Park in Altoona Girl Scouts along with Rock n' Roll to Go Plus! Altoona Parks and Rec host the annual Easter Egg Hunt. This event is open to all families and is free. Fun begins at 10 a.m. and the Egg Hunt begins at 10:30 a.m. prizes, games, candy, and a special appearance by the Easter Bunny makes this a family favorite in the Chippewa Valley.


Chippewa Falls (News Release) - The Easter Bunny is coming!! The Easter Bunny will be helping the kids find their eggs and get getting their pictures taken from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. at the Green Oasis Gardens at 1403 122nd St. in Chippewa Falls.

There will be plenty of activities to keep the kids busy & having fun, including an Easter egg hunt, planting vegetables to take home, and making your own birdseed bagel! We will also have cookies/ice cream, refreshments and gift bags for the kids. 

*Entry fee is a school supply item or cash donation for our charity of the month which is the Boys and Girls Club.


Chippewa Falls (News Release) -  Annual Easter Egg Hunt at Micon Cinemas (475 Chippewa Mall Drive) starts at 10 a.m. Children in preschool through 5th grade and the adults accompanying them are invited to join in the fun.
