“While working at the Menards DC Warranty Center last Friday afternoon, one of our long-time Team Members, Mr. Gary Henkey, was seen lying on the floor and struggling to get up by two co-workers, Collin Schemenauer and TouFue Lee. They quickly told their Team Lead, Alexis Boehm, who radioed the Department Manager, Jesse Salmon, who immediately called 911. Gary was transferred by Eau Claire City Fire & Rescue ambulance to Sacred Heart Hospital. Unfortunately, three days later, Gary passed away on Monday, June 30th. Gary was 73 years old and had worked for Menards since 1997. We understand there will be an autopsy conducted.
