Driver hospitalized after falling asleep, rolling vehicle in Trempealeau County

Trempealeau Co. (News Release) - Emergency crews were called to a one-vehicle rollover crash on County Road D near McCabe Lane in the Town of Ettrick in Trempealeau County, just before 2 a.m. on August 28, 2014.

Authorities say Kelly J. Kryzer, 51, of Ettrick was traveling westbound on County Road D in a Chevy Tahoe, when she fell asleep. After entering the eastbound ditch, she over-corrected, causing the vehicle to roll and end up on its side in the middle of the roadway.

Kryzer suffered unknown injuries and was transported from the scene by ambulance to a La Crosse hospital.

Assisting the Trempealeau County Sheriff's Department were Ettrick First Responders, Ettrick Fire Department and Tri-State Ambulance.
