Barron County (WQOW)- The man who police say admitted to driving the getaway car in a Barron county murder will spend 15 years in prison.

Investigators said, last year, Robert McBain drove Ian Skjerly to and from Daniel Raven's home where Skjerly shot and killed Raven.

McBain was allegedly offered $200 for his part in the murder.

Skjerly was recently sentenced to 20 years behind bars.

Barron Co. (WQOW) - Two of the suspects in a Barron County murder have now pleaded guilty.

Robert McBain, from Cameron, pleaded guilty Thursday to a reduced charge of second degree murder. He is scheduled to be sentenced in January. On Wednesday, Ian Skjerly, from Rice Lake, pleaded guilty to the same charge. His sentencing is set for November. The two men, along with Trista Hrabak, were accused in the shooting death of Hrabak's ex-husband. Daniel Raven was shot and killed in March at his rural Barron home. Skjerly told detectives that Hrabak helped plan the murder because she was angry at Raven over child support issues. Hrabak's trial is set for December.
