Someone who bought a Wisconsin Lottery ticket in Stanley has a very expensive piece of paper.
A $1 million Powerball ticket was sold at the Stanley Travel Stop at 600 South Broadway Street in Stanley for the October 18 drawing.
The ticket matched five of five numbers, but missed the Powerball. Saturday's winning numbers were 20, 26, 27, 36, and 54, with a Powerball of 19.
No tickets won the big jackpot. Lottery officials estimate the drawing for Wednesday at $110 million.
Two other tickets in Wisconsin were big winners Saturday. A ticket purchased in Howards Grove was worth $20,000. A Powerball ticket bought at a Kwik Trip on North Main Street in Viroqua matched the $10,000 prize.
All lottery ticket winners have 180 days to claim their prizes.
