Eau Claire (WQOW) - Home isn't here and gone. Home is forever for Bob's House for Dogs.
Bob's House for Dogs was started by Amy and Travis Quella in 2009 in memory of their four-legged friend, Bob, as a safe haven for dogs without a family.
Six different rescues and shelters send dogs to Bob's to provide a more realistic and interactive setting for the furry friends.
Bob's House allows the dogs to be themselves and people to see the dogs for who they actually are, versus the stress and anxiety that they have in shelters. They provide one-on-one loving care in a home-like environment, get their faces out there and basically find their forever homes.
Right now, Bob's House for Dogs has 13 dogs. A bunch of them are permanent residents, but six are adoptable right now.
