Chippewa Falls (WQOW) - Jesse Lloyd pleaded not guilty to homicide charges in a Chippewa Falls courtroom Tuesday.
Lloyd is one of two men charged in the March killing of Kenneth Patterson near Lake Wissota.
Lloyd appeared in court by video conference from the Waupon Correctional Institution. Lloyd pleaded not guilty to First Degree Intentional Homicide, Possession of a Firearm by a Felon and Armed Robbery Tuesday. Chippewa County District Attorney Steve Gibbs said the armed robbery charge was just added Tuesday.
Gibbs said Lloyd and Matthew Labrec planned to rob Patterson when Patterson arrived to buy drugs.
Lloyd is scheduled to reappear in court March 1st. Labrec, is due in court in early January.
