Eau Claire County (WQOW) -- The rural Eau Claire County man accused of killing his sister and her boyfriend was back in court Wednesday to say he's not guilty.
Wayne Price faces two counts of first degree intentional homicide and two counts of hiding a corpse after authorities said he shot his sister, Elizabeth "Lisa" Price, and her boyfriend, David Dishneau, back in September, then buried their bodies on his property near Fall Creek.
On Wednesday, Price's attorney entered not guilty pleas for all of the charges against him. She also asked to delay her client's trial until October of 2018.
Eau Claire County Judge William reminded the defense that he won't be on the bench next October because he plans on retiring in 2018. He said his successor will be given the case.
