Eau Claire (WQOW) -
The case against an Eau Claire man accused of stabbing his brother in October is suspended after he was found 'not competent' to proceed.

Police say Isaac Curler stabbed his brother in the chest with a knife during an altercation at a home on Langdell Road.  The victim told investigators Curler had been hearing voices and acting strangely, and his mother said Curler has longstanding mental health issues.

Friday the judge found it likely that Curler will regain competency with treatment, and ordered him committed.
