1/10: Nutrition response testing

Posted:

Eau Claire (WQOW) -- Chippewa Valley Wellness does something called Nutrition Response Testing, and Daybreak has the details about what it is, in case you;re interested in trying it out.

So what is nutrition response testing?

  • It's a specific way to analyze the body and determine what the underlying cause is affecting the natural response of healing, oftentimes it's a last resort when nothing else is helping
  • This is not a diagnostic test or treatment
  • It analyzes multiple areas in the body relating to specific organ or tissue areas. These areas include the body's neurological reflexes and pressure points

Reflexes from the nervous system regulate the function of each and every organ. The pressure points are derived from the system of acupuncture which is thousands of years old.

The analysis-Part 1

  • Using the body's own muscle groups in combination with pressure points to determine underlying weakness. A natural health improvement program is then developed from those results.
    • Think of what happens if you fall through the ice into frigid water. The blood moves to the vital organs away from the arms and legs. So if a organ is stressed, it will spare the organ and weaken the muscle
  • Each NRT reflex represents a specific organ, tissue or function and indicates the effect that energy or lack of energy is having on the body

Personalized Health Improvement Program-Part 2

  • Once an active reflex is found, lets say thyroid, food based nutritional supplements are tested to see what brings the reflex back to strength. We then have a specific program designed just for your health status, not your neighbors, friends or sibling. We also include recommendations of healthy eating and lifestyle so the whole program is restoring for the whole of the body

For more information, there is a free workshop on thyroid and Nutrition response testing (it includes a free health check to see if you are candidate for this type of program). The workshop is Monday January 29, 2018 at 5 p.m. at Chippewa Valley Wellness (824 S Hastings Way, 715-514-1168)
