How you can now buy tickets for the Chippewa Valley Air Show


Eau Claire (WQOW) – Fans of the U.S. Navy Blue Angels can now start purchasing tickets for the 2018 Chippewa Valley Air Show, being held June 16 & 17, 2018 at the Chippewa Valley Regional Airport.

General admission tickets are $30 in advance or $40 at the gate for fans age 13 and older. Children 12 and younger can attend the show free of charge. Reserved seating is $60. General parking will be free.

New this year, spectators will be able to purchase tickets to watch the high-flying action from the Presidents Club. For $125 a ticket, fans will have access to the grounds with flight line seating, food, complimentary water and soda, and two free drink tickets, along with access to a cash bar.

As News 18 reported, the Blue Angels will be performing at this year's air show. Two pilots arrived in Eau Claire in November to check out the area before the show.

The air show will support the Chippewa Valley Council-Boy Scouts of America by raising awareness about scouting programs across local communities, as well as raising funds for special projects. Additionally, funds raised will support numerous other non-profit groups that volunteer at the air show.
