UPDATE: An Eau Claire man who pleaded guilty to prostitution will get the case dismissed if he doesn't commit any crimes for a year and attends a class on the impacts and harms of prostitution.
That was the deal reached this week with Kou Her. He was charged after responding to an online ad posted by an undercover officer posing as a prostitute.
Police said he agreed to pay $50 to be with her. He was arrested in January at the meeting place.
