(WQOW) -- We've seen our fair share of snow before, but across the globe, they're having some troubles dealing with it.
The city of Paris shut down after a heavy snowfall of nearly six inches, which is their largest recorded since 1987. Even the Eiffel Tower was shut off to tourists. Residents even skied through the streets as the city was blanketed with snow.
