2/20: 40th annual Home & Garden Show in Eau Claire


Eau Claire (CHIPPEWA VALLEY HOME BUILDERS ASSOCIATION) - The 40th annual Home & Garden Show presented by the Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association takes place this weekend at the Eau Claire Indoor Sports Center. 

The show runs Friday, February 23rd 1pm – 8pm; Saturday, February 24th 9am – 5pm; and Sunday, February 25th 10am – 4pm. Discount tickets are on sale through Thursday, February 22nd for $6 at Festival Foods and Green Oasis or tickets can be purchased at the door for $8.

The Home & Garden Show features 130 different exhibitors, the Dream Backyard Grand Giveaway, and new for 2018, each day will feature a different theme with special activities:

Friday, Feb 23rd – Senior Day sponsored by BeeHive Homes of Eau Claire

  • Educational Sessions
  • Free coffee until 5pm
  • Anyone 55+ will receive a $1 discount on tickets purchased at the door until 5pm

Friday, Feb 23rd – Friday Night Out (5-8pm) sponsored by US Bank

  • Live music by Dawn Marie
  • Beer & wine available for purchase

Saturday, February 24th – Family Day sponsored by Eau Claire Energy Cooperative

  • Kidz Zone open from 9am to 4pm that includes activities such as: build a bird house, face painting, activity stations and more!

Sunday, February 25th – DIY Day sponsored by Xcel Energy

  • 10:00am – 12:30pm – Make your own 4-foot wood sign or paint a wine glass
  • 1:00 – 3:30pm – Make your own succulent garden

Everyone who attends the Home & Garden Show will have a chance to enter to win the Dream Backyard Grand Giveaway, valued at $13,000 and donated by Green Oasis, County Materials and Lampert Lumber. The 2018 dream backyard includes a 33’ x 13’ patio, outdoor bar, pergola, firepit, columns and siting walls.
