UPDATE (WQOW) - The former executive director of the Eau Claire Regional Arts Center has now also lost his ownership stake in the Oxbow Hotel.
According to a release, Longform LLC officials say their board asked Ben Richgruber to step down after third-degree sexual assault charges were filed against him. According to the release, he's no longer on the Longform board, and has no financial interest in the group, nor the Oxbow Hotel.

EAU CLAIRE (WQOW) - Ben Richgruber, executive director of the Eau Claire Regional Arts Center, has resigned. He is currently facing sexual assault charges.
A press release says Richgruber stepped down at the request of the Eau Claire Regional Arts Council Board, effective Friday, March 2. He had been placed on leave when the charges first arose.
