Eau Claire (WQOW) - A four-day meth binge is allegedly what drove a homeless man to spray people with fire extinguishers.
Za Vue is charged with three misdemeanors, including negligent handling of burning material.
According to the criminal complaint, a woman called police saying a man was acting "crazy." When police found Vue, he was in possession of a fire extinguisher, lighter, a can of oven cleaner, a sharpened stick and a wooden dowel.
Vue told police the "white dragon" was coming to get him and later made a comment he was using meth.
He's due in court in mid-July for a hearing.
