Eau Claire (WQOW) - Police said they found thousands of pictures of naked children in sexually explicit poses on an Eau Claire man's computer.
Timothy Vorass was charged Tuesday with five felony counts of possessing child porn.
According to the criminal complaint, Microsoft alerted the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that an image of possible child porn was uploaded to Vorass' computer.
When police went to his home in April, he refused to let them search his computer. When he was told it would be seized until a search warrant could be obtained, he admitted to having child porn on it.
If he's convicted, he faces a minimum, mandatory sentence of 15 years, and possibly up to 125 years.
He'll be back in court later this month.
