Dunn County (WQOW) — A Menomonie man charged in three sexual assault cases was sentenced in Dunn County court on Tuesday.
Dakota Curtis, 19, was accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting four children between at different times between 2015 and 2017. Tuesday, he pleaded no contest to three counts: 2nd degree sexual assault of a child, witness intimidation and sex with a minor.
Judge James Peterson sentenced Curtis to a year in jail with Huber and five years of probation. All of the other charges against him were read in and dismissed.
