Temperatures and wind chills will get so cold tonight that a few Wind Chill Advisories have been issued for Polk, Barron, St. Croix and Pierce Counties starting 6 p.m. Friday through noon on Saturday. You can expect brutally cold wind chills from -35° to -45° for those counties during the advisory time. With these wind chills, exposed skin can develop frostbite in as little as 10 minutes so bundle up if you are heading out.
