EAU CLAIRE (WQOW) - David Ijadimbola scored a team-high 15 points, but the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire men's basketball team dropped its home opener to St. Norbert College, 60-55 on Tuesday.
The Blugolds (4-2) led 28-22 at halftime, only to be out-scored 38-27 in the second half at Zorn Arena.
Jacob Bolwerk led St. Norbert (3-1) with 17 points, while Carson Talbert added 13 points.
UW-Eau Claire will host Alma on Sunday.
Ruden's career game carries UWEC women past St. Norbert
Jessie Ruden scored a career-high 26 points as the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women's basketball team beat St. Norbert College 65-58.
Ruden connected on six of seven 3-point shots in the first half as the Blugolds held a 35-32 lead.

Drew Deanovich scored the decisive goal in the third period and the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women's hockey team remained undefeated with a 3-2 win over Hamline University.
The Blugolds (8-0) trailed 2-1 in the second period before Emily Hart tied the game on a power play goal.
Hannah Zavoral scored the Blugolds' first goal in the opening period.
